
About the Festival
The Cambridge International Piano Festival & Academy was founded in 2024 by MinJung Baek, an internationally renowned pianist and pedagogue. Each year, the Festival proudly welcomes internationally acclaimed artists and professors, promising young pianists and music enthusiasts, who are invited to some of Cambridge's most prestigious colleges, including Trinity College and Pembroke College to experts and enthusiasts for the piano music in an intensive week.
Guided by an exceptional international artists from the globe, the Festival offers a rare opportunity for young artists to refine their craft under the mentorship of world-renowned pianists.
Complementing these activities is a distinguished concert series, featuring both guest artists and selected participants, which enriches the Festival’s vibrant musical atmosphere.
Festival Competition
The competition was first held during the 2025 festival. In response to that enthusiastic reception, we decided to continue.
Selected semi-finalists will be invited to perform live in Cambridge.

Festival Pass
Observers are warmly welcomed to join the Festival. The five-day festival pass permits attendance at all concerts and competition rounds. To register, please locate the ticket section.
